You just couldn't help yourself. In fact the guy you accused me of being once is in one of the piccies too!

'Someone' said the crowd was a 'disappointingly 47'.
Could anyone tell me how many 'paying' fans go to see Kentish Town?? I dont mean girlfriends/wives, officials children, mums and dads etc I mean real people who have to pay to gain entrance and get the award winning programme.
Thanks

No but his so called friendship with 'Sugar' tells me all I need to know, there is something sinister about it.

do expand this theory further. In what way is it sinister?

Incidentally as a heads up for you, for your game at Amersham on September 1st I beleieve the Metropolitan Line is out from Northwood to Amersham so as I know you go everywhere by public transport you might like to allow additional journey time.

I thought Paula couldn't view my posts. I don't really understand the question as our attendance figures last season included players girlfriends, wives, mums and dads as they still had to pay to get in.

Thanks for that explanation and also for allowing me to set my watch this morning, that was handy.

We often got crowds of 47 plus last season, indeed when we played Cockfosters in that infamous fixture on 30 December the crowd was over 80 in monsoon conditions so the paying customers took a huge gamble knowing that the game was unlikely to finish.

Paula - I'm not sure whether you can 'hear' me, perhaps I should use BewareofRhodents account to post. For your information we have always had low crowds because of our nomadic status, thanks to the likes of Haringey Borough and Potters Bar Town, and nobody knows where we're playing from one moment to the next hence our unfortunate nickname 'the Bedouins'. That will all change dramatically this season as everyone knows we will be plying our trade at the palatial Copthall Stadium and they will all want a piece of the action particularly groundhoppers. I'll also be printing an extra 20 programmes per match in order to meet demand.
