I've got the mobile phone number for the driver of Cecils train. Sadly he hasn't got a large brick to hold the dead mans handle down, otherwise he could of have gone back through the carriages and asked Cec for the scorer as he's bound to know.

So you will know that I got on a Virgin train back to London from Milton Keynes even though I only had a Silverlink return ticket costing £12.90. If you must know Peter Cooper scored Buckingham Athletic's goal on 32 minutes or thereabouts, a cross from the left touchline took a wicked deflection and sailed over our keepers head. The result of the day for me was Sport London e Benfica's narrow 1-0 defeat to Hoddeson Town, a great performance to only go down 1-0 in their first ever match at Step 6 level against established opponents.

Football Man - What was the Harlow Town v Enfield Town result, how is Gordon Boateng and does he have a guilty conscience.

I'd say Big United winning 4-2 at the Hares must be a shout for result of the day..based solely on last years league table!

To keep you happy, clip Rods, I've just checked the ETFC website and Harlow apparently won 2-0. Sadly, I can't tell you how Gordon Boateng is but I'm pretty sure that he doesn't have a guilty conscience given what I know that you obviously don't!

I thought you went to the game, where were you today then. I agree with you for once that Biggleswade United had a great result at Preston Park, I'm sure RobbieO had a big say in that.

Didn't you read my post of yesterday, I bet you were there today but just don't want to admit it

It sounded like a good game at Beaconsfield SYCOB, it looks like Leverstock Green are in for a good season as predicted:
