Have you read Andrew Jennings book called Foul about the dubious workings of Fifa particularly the higher echelons. A fascinating read and Mr Warner features quite heavily in it.

 

For any fans of 'the beautiful game' who have concerns over its administration I would recommend this book.

It is an excellent expose of the workings of FIFA and does delve into the relationship with Concacaf. Did you see the documentary style film? The way he was kept out of FIFA meetings in Switzerland and prevented from hounding Blatter and Warner (in the Caribbean) was hilarious. The murky underworld of football governance, power and greed.
