Margate no longer exists - The BBC says so!

Just heard Sandy Ezekiel on BBC Radio 4 this morning. There was some report about Thanet being a "Fairtrade" town. (I believe this is the latest fad, having replaced nonsense like Watford is a nuclear free zone)

1. I've complained to Sandy and the BBC

 

2. Will this initiative mean a further diminution of the name Margate and with it Margate FC

 

3. How will "Fairtrade" work in Thanet exactly. After all Sandy says it's not legislation.
