From what I gather from a conversation last night the roll of a moderator is to delete any rasist or rude or inappropraite posts. The reason people are made one is because they are often on here and therefore would spot these posts quickly and deal with them.

 

CZ is one because he is a regular poster Monday - friday 9-5 and therefore can spot such things, I however am also regular evening and nightime and weekend. My total number of posts with my EFM the firm, the voice and this log-in mean I'm well over 2000 and in 2nd place, not saying my case for a moderator is better than CZ's (although it is <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />) I am suggesting that I also become one as well.

We might not need 4, it's just the blanket time when the moderator is on is important. We have 2 who are on quite often during the day and night, 7 days a week, (thats Rob the saint and me (if selected)). And we have 2 that are only on M-F 9-5 (thats you and webbo) so considering these times could also be covered by me and Rob, I suggest we get rid of you and webbo (although webbo could remain for nostalgic reasons).
