GWR 0 AFC Hornchurch 3

Very good performance by The Urchins. We led 1-0 at half time though Kris Lee and a Mark Janney penalty (he didn't miss this time laugh ) and a superb thirty yarder from Tommo sealed the victory. Colin and the lads have plenty to smile about.

Very hospitable welcome, as usual, from GWR. They are very nice people.

I would love to post it on the website but, without wishing to offend, we do have certain standards to maintain smile It is the "official" Club website after all. smile

ok here goes, please feel free to make corrections etc...

A perfct day on saturday saw the Urchins beat Great Wakering for the forth time! First and only goal in the first half was by Kriss Lee. The second half saw Mark Janney conceed a penalty against the Rovers which was easily put past the goalie. Best goal of the game came in the 70th min from Andy Tomlinson whos strike saw the urhcins win 3-0. Game showed how well the urchins can play and that they will be tough apponents in the coming season!
