Not like Miller to get himself sent off - especially in a PSF. What happened?

I don't think it was the same person as on Tuesday.

 

Not sure what happened, although Miller indicated a player, who was not sent off, started the problems. Miller retaliated after being kicked, then a third different player got involved and was dismissed for Dorking.

 

Subsequently, after being shown the red card, the Dorking player ran towards the Slough bench and had to be restrained before being led off the pitch.

I may be wrong, but think it's the same keeper we had in goal away at Carshalton last season.

I'm guessing the red he picked up counts towards the start of the season or can it be "used" in pre-season making him available for our first game?

The red card will not count as the referee will not be sending it in in his report and the club will resolve the issue with the player directly.

I'm am really sorry I couldn't make it down to Meadowbank this afternoon. A pre-booked family do and I've only just got back.

 

Apart from the sendings off, I trust you enjoyed yourselves and Big Brian took good care if you ventured towards the bar.

 

If we get a match report, I'll post on here, though it's unlikely as our Press Officer is off on jolly hols, and as I said, a pre-booked family B-B-Q cannot be broken so that ruled me out as No.2 !
