Reserve fixture tomorrow (28-07-07)

I understand that a reserve team squad has been picked to play somewhere tomorrow. Would anyone have a venue and K.O. time please.

Wanting to pass my eye over a few of the local talent to see if any stand out.

You may be right, but slightly surprising as it seems that quite a few 'reserve' players will be on show at Erith tomorrow.

 

Mind you, the clubs record of providing information and kindling interest from suppporters is not the best in the marketplace

I should in fairness highlight that the clubs homepage does detail changes to the reserve fixuture v Canterbury which is now at HDP on 1st August;so where the above post was unfair to a certail degree, i unreservedly apologise.

I guess it was changed to allow some of the 'reserve' players to feature v Sittingbourne on 7 August.

How many of last years reserves will be on show? 3 or 5 or 7?

As Dover were at home and MFC first team away,was it played at HDP?

I'm sure the club will really promote it-afterall -it might bring in a few extra pennies-but we are such a rich club are'nt we

I'm looking forward to it. Looks like quite a few local lads are now part of the 1st team set up and I'm looking forward to seeing a few more possible graduates.

Seems that quite a few of last seasons second year u18s are now training with reserves. Bit hit and miss at the moment as players turn up or not so will be interesting to see what sort of team is put out. This seems the same for u18s where vertually a new team is being built as there are only a few u18s from last season, central defender Nick Ardirides, stricker Jamie McClean who picked up the Golden Boot and the one to watch out for midfield,Dan Hughes his promise from years ago is bearing out. I hope Margate can keep him. Not sure how they will do as I understand a few of last season u18 teams will still be together for 07-08.

I have heard the u18 season will not start until October, rather strange after last years fiasco.

Sorry nothing. There is a possibility that one or two u18s MIGHT be on the bench tonight. Cant say about the reserves as there seems to be loads of players at the moment so some will be disappointed
