I'd say a stern test in the first month. 'Winners' of the Herts County League up first then Winners of the Middx County League next (SLeB did win it didn't they?), still nice to play away at Hanwell early in the season.. always a quality surface over there early doors.

 

Then two of the relegated teams from the premier. Maybe see you on the 22nd 3Praise, have a good chat about what a [****!!****] Rhodes is!

Er, and the second month by the looks of it!
I may even try to get down to Lowfield for the Haringey game on 22 August and hide in the shadows, we'll be sending 'a spy' to watch Hoddesdon before our FA Vase encounter anyway.

Yeah, looks like they've played well in their first two games so will be a hard game. Obv they are a step higher as well so a very good test for us. Biggest test is what kind of side we can get to travel to Concord on a Tuesday for a friendly.

Danny Heale will eat you for breakfast, and still have room for bacon and eggs! Seriously good player though when fit, and when I saw him a couple of weeks ago playing for Concord, he looked as fit as a butchers dog. They must be favourites for the ESL Championship this year.
