I cant imagine much has been spent recently on undersoil drainage systems...!!

It's not so much in a dip as on a flood plain. It actually drains really well (was verti-drained a few years ago), and we did have a humungous downpour today - Ware Road got flooded.

It should stiill be on though.

Greg Dyke - Sorry to interfere but you may be getting confused with Coles Park, Haringey Borough's ground. When did you last take in a game at Hertford Town out of interest.

I told you the other day.......jeez, you have a brain like a sieve

around xmas, I saw the mighty blues, lose, to Stoney Straford

Back to Topic....
I remember clearly the saturday mornings, as a young teenage, I used to ring HTFC, and Paul Fairclough used to answer the phone, and he used to inform me or my bro, whether the game was on, or off....as we lived about 30 mins walk from the ground !!!

I AM NOT CONFUSING HERTINGFORDBURY PARK, with a ground I have never been to !

Rhodes, I'm breaking my pledge to myself to ignore your drivel, but PLEASE LEAVE THIS THREAD ALONE - it's got nothing to do with Haringey Borough!

No, I asked Greg Dyke when he was last at Hertford Town to see a game as he claims to support the Club.

Thanks for the words of support Greg_Dyke!!

We all expect Hertford Town to win comfortably, but it will be a good experience for our young squad to play a strong side from Level 5.

Horace - Not at all, I simply asked whether he had confused your ground with Coles Park that's all, it's hardly crime of the Century as you're making out.

The Baldock players have a chance to really earn their spurs tomorrow.
