For anyone that does not read our forum it was 1-1 Des gallen scored the goal and it was a good game of football and nice to see we have pretty much a settled side from last year

Dunno! It was the one over the back with a separate club house and changing rooms.

Good football was a bit of a lottery and Brimmo seemed to know the pitch better by keeping the ball up in the air as much as possible while it tended to b*gger the Boro 'keep it on the ground' game.

Yep, that's the Downs. Town played their first ever game on that pitch - a friendly against Brimsdown Rovers.

That pitch is shocking! When I was at Eton Manor last year we refused to play on it. Disgraceful!

We were told we were going be playing on the proper pitch and they only told us they had moved the game outside like 24 hours before the game

By the look of it the treatment they are giving it isn't working!

The outside pitch was so dry and bumpy it was funny watching the players misjudge the bounce every time it bounced

 

as a team there were allright but we created more then them and the pitch didn't help

 

have your lot got to play them? if so watch out for their Ass man/Director of fooball/star striker mervin abrahams still a quality striker 7/8 years after staring for romford's youth cup run and then the first team
