Very impressive.

 

Whilst there appear to have been one or two false starts on our new ground development, it would be great to see/hear how far we are down the track to having similar plans/pictures.

 

One can only assume that as they have gone public with an artists impression of the new stadium, their plans are ahead of ours. It does show what can be achieved by what many would regard as a 'small' club.

 

Morecambe should be congratulated for what they have achieved in recent years and be held up as an example for us smaller clubs to follow.

That said though, those kind of computer-generated impressions can be knocked up pretty quickly for marketing purposes and often bear no relation to the finished article... as many of the property brochures for new estates making them look like exclusive Docklands developments when they're nothing of the sort would suggest!!

Have they not got to be all seaters by law now, or is that only league clubs ?Not sure how it works!

I think it's clubs in Leagues Prem and Championship have to have them to gain entry to the leagues, yet as most clubs in League 1 are aspiring to the Championship or have been in it already, the majority of them have all seaters as well.

Good luck to Morecambe, always had a soft spot for them. Would be nice to hear an update on our proposed ground even if its nothing

It's been whispered to me by some one in the club,that the new site for the Stadium will be immediately behind Northfleet station,within the Ebbsfleet complex,which would make sense.

Of course this could be a rumour!
