TheSpursFan - You always speak a lot of sense and yes I did think about it, for all of two seconds. The travelling would have made it an impossible task as I don't drive but more importantly it's a Magnus Magnussen thing, ie 'I've started so I'll finish' as you have seen nothing yet at Kentish Town and I have already found la creme de la creme as you put it.

There's not a great deal in the area as it's a huge sports complex, you're welcome to stay over at my place the night before a game if you like and we can then get the 221 bus from Wood Green which goes straight to the stadium. It would give us a chance to have a few beers at The Ship and get to know each other.

no quite so rhodes but with my propensity for guinness and beans and your six young offspring the night may not be a happy one, I have had many a similar generous offer but still seek a commercial alternative. I havent got past the seven sisters road and the polish night club yet. ( clapton and stamford hill notwithstanding)

 

must be somewhere near m25 and easy access to white hart lane (!)

I'm never going to stay in a Travel Lodge again. Had a lady come in to see us at work. Got chatting to her. She had stayed in Sarfend Travel Lodge (which is only probably a year old) and she had been eaten alive. See all these red bumps on her arms and legs (she told me they were all over her body). Doctor said it was caused by some kind of bed bug.

No more fun for me in Travel Lodges frown

It has come to my attention however that there may be more than one Park lane in the south east.

 

The m25 my chauffeur says covers a large area of London and there could still be a danger under these circumstances I turn up at WHL (spurs branch)sober.

 

When we factor in your animals ( sorry unknown curtis) it may not work.

 

Perhaps its time just to take a chance ! hoorah im on my way!!!!
