Still no online odds available for the RPL but I see Braintree are Skybets favourite for the Connie South (7/1). Bromley are also straight in at equal third favourites with Stan James (10/1). Blue Square seem to think H&R are going to struggle as they've got them joint 4th favourites for relegation at 3/1, along with Fisher.

Not surprised Rick - the Clarets just brushed the champions aside last season. Just that most other clubs in the Ryman surrendered too many points to them.

What did not help the Clarets cause was the double that was done on them by Margate (3-zilch and 3-1 if my memory serves me correct)

Quite correct Joseba - and a very worthy double it was too. However, more hurtful from the Claret's point of view were the defeats we suffered at Folkestone, Walton and Leyton when we would have expected to have done better.

Ah that is where you went wrong BC. You should have invited me as a guest of CCFC at Folkestone as I have yet to see them win in 3 years (I was at the Folkestone vs 'ricay game last year to prove a point).
