St Albans City Football Club is delighted to announce the creation of a new Commercial Team formed of local businessmen Tony Keen and Nick Archer.

 

Members of the Board met with both last week and following discussion it was agreed they would work together to instigate new sponsorship initiatives and promote the club at every opportunity.

Good luck to the two of them. It's good to know that Tony's already a Saints fan so he's probably doing the job for the love of the club and Nick's involved at Harpenden Town FC so they both know the local footy scene.

 

I brought in £30K in 90 days as a part-timer which wasn't considered enough so I hope they haven't made too many promises to JG! Whatever happened to KG's mate Roberta? I thought she was going to be a mover and shaker commercially at Clarence Park!

 

I look forward to seeing lots of new programme sponsors and pitchside advertisers when I come along next season.
