Parking at the ground

Can anyone help. I have not been to a Fleet game in about 40 years, thats right 40, not 4. When I used to go it was on the top of the 480 bus from Gravesend and maybe that is still the way although I doubt if its the 480 anymore.

 

anyway I understand there is now parking at the ground and I wanted to know if it gets totally full or is there room say up to half an hour before kick off. i was hoping to attend next Saturdays home game, it sounds as if support is still needed.

There may be room, but you should know that as th ematch is segregated you will have to walk back to the main gates to get in.

 

I usally park in Grove Road to save a lot of walking.

And I'm sure Daz will confirm that Connex will be keen to scupper all rail transport AGAIN between Dirtford and Gravesend......

For sheer ease of congestion (blimey, I sound like Ken) jump on a bus.....480 still services Stonebridge Road - though I suspect there are others now.
