I see clip Rods has been busily trying to bring down the tone of the another website lately (you know, the one he said he hardly posts on because it's for anoraks).

 

I was quite suprised when he described one of my Fans Focus posts as helpful (as he copied it word for word without any hint of a credit!), but I fell about laughing when he wrote this tonight: "Our nomadic existence over the last three seasons haven't done us any favours and we have been cruelly labelled the Bedouins of Non League Football".

 

Now for the memory test. Can anyone remember who it was that first coined the phrase "Bedouins of Non League Football" that ol' clippy now finds so cruel?

No, it was you. Making the point that it's a bit hypocritical to then turn around and call it a "cruel" label. Still, if you're suffering from amnesia that would explain it.

I think I or Maldini mentioned it but rhodes took it as an official nickname and started championing it in the articles about KTFC he keeps trawling up.

Football Man - That's strange, I have it on good authority that 'viewing figures' on Tony's Forum have more than trebled recently and the share price in Swan Matches have dropped like a stone.
