Both links seem to show the same (current) homepage, complete with Barking report and 'celebration' pic...

 

 

Unfortunately, the 'homepage update bug' has struck again. Title and associated link from the 'Postponed Fixtures' frame at the bottom of the page is the same as the 'Arlesey Home' frame next to it.

[OK, I know it's trivial, but it is on the home page, and hence more visible to visitors...]

(1) A less urgent website problem:

ALL sidebar links from 'Club Shop' are broken (even 'Home' fails - stays put)

 

(2) A query...

I'm sure I've seen mention on the forum of a phone number for the club, eg to check whether games are on or not.

Does such a number exist? 'Cos if so, it is not included in 'Club Details' which is the obvious place to look...

Unfortunately the number for the club is badly suppoerted, and is usually out of date. This is the best place to get the up to date gen (Usually)

The best number for the club is 01753 554833 which is a lot better than it used to be. I keep badgering Roy to continually update it, but then when he is travelling with the team to places like Wivenhoe, the message will obviously not be updated.

 

For those with mobiles, I'm quite happy to text people as soon as I know a game is called off, home or away, and I've already compiled an extensive list of people I text with postponements. If anyone else would like to be added to that list, please send me an email or post a message on here.

 

With regard to the club shop section, it will be completely overhauled over the summer months. I'll go in there and sort out the links when I can, couldn't say when right now, but it's on the list of to do's. We're also looking at bringing out a brochure for the club shop, so we're continually looking for stocking ideas, but I'll raise this on another thread.
