Nice attempted diversion from your latest embarrassment but no cigar, I'm afraid. Everyone on this forum knows that as soon as Uncle Urchin suggested the date I said I wouldn't be able to make it. You will recall asking me why and that I informed you that I had already purchased match and train tickets for the Peterborough United v Celtic match. You will also recall that, at the time, you were saying that the event wouldn't happen and you wouldn't be going, preferring to put £50 behind the bar for "everyone else" instead. So the "not wanting to come face to face with you" analogy doesn't wash in the light of day.

No hidden agendas, no excuses, just a straightforward unavailability due to a pre-booked alternative event. Which part of that can't you understand?

Yes I hold my hands up as I remember now that you have committed yourself to the Peterborough v Celtic game on Friday however I wouldn't mind betting that if you weren't going to London Road you would find an excuse not to attend the Forum event.
