Ipod Nano

I'm trying to remove some of the songs from my ipod as I've run out of space but can't for the life of me work out how to.

 

The instructions were incredibly basic and as far as I can see there's nothing on the Apple website.

 

I thought it had something to do with ticking the boxes next to each song to load it into the ipod and vice versa. But apparently this isn't right. Then I thought I'd delete whats on the 'pod and start again but I can't seem to do that.

 

Any ideas?

Swap it for an MP3 player. Far cheaper and easier to use although stores less music.

right click on the song(s) and click clear....thats what i do and it works?!?

JUst highlight the song and press delete.

 

When you next sync your ipod they will be removed.

 

I had this problem, but found the easiest thing to do was to go and buy the 80gb monster... it'll never happen again.
