Beaconsfield FC / Visit and Work Parties

Dear Slough Supporters,

 

2 dates for your diaries :

 

Wednesday 4th July at 7-15pm , We will be visting the ground to see and arrange the placing of the 2 Slough Portacabins at their new temporary home at Beconsfield FC. If any Slough supporters would like to come and have a look around you will be most welcomed ...

 

With this in mind we will also be looking to Help the Beaconsfield club with some minor repairs, weeding , painting and general tidying up of the ground prior to the start of the season.... A work party will be needed and we propose to have the first one on Saturday 14th July at 10am start...

 

The Beaconsfield club have already helped us immentsly , in making us welcome and have asked us to treat their home as our home, and please if you are able to help us..please come along.

Peter Simpson...is still trying to stop us, but like the club STFC has stated we have done nothing wrong...I was at the meeting and an offer was made to Windsor they chosse not to accept it..so we moved on.....

 

we have to prepare ourselves what ever...

O2 and BT have just finished some trenching work across the car park at Stag Meadow which now needs to settle. The outcome is that car-only access will be available for the next two weeks and definitely no lorries of any size will be able to get in. Can you contact me at some time to sort out when access for a lorry to move the cabins will be available.

thanks steve for your advice and notes , I will contact you regarding the moves of the portacabins from the ground...(disconnection of the power source etc etc)

 

what date would we be looking at ? for the removal , also we will make good the old supporters hut , we will remove that eye soar ..no problems..if they is anything else we need to do , let me know via Roy...he has my mobile number..
