We played them last season in the same round and lost 2-1. They then went on to win another 3 rounds or so. Not the greatest team to be honest and i think they struggled in the Sussex Div 1 last season. I reckon you should beat them, as long as you are in the team Don! Your manger wouldn't stop texting me last night as he was all worried about them, annoying kent!!!

 

Merstham are playing them in pre-season so maybe paul could pop down to spy on them!

Starting this Saturday mate. Lost a few main players but looking forward to getting back in to it really. Should be a stronger league than last season i reckon

Teffs, Lordswood finished 13th out of 17 in the Kent League last season. I missed both our games with them - I gather they were a bit better than their position suggested, but certainly nothing special.

I'm alright Enners, just too fecking busy at work!

 

Yes, part-time supporter nowadays, 220-mile round trips for the home games, and further than that for the away games are a bit of a pain week in week out! Hoping to get to a few more away games this season though.

 

Must be enjoying it at Enfield, as you're still there. Bit of a pain though, dropping down to the ESL, and missing out on FA Cup/Vase etc.

 

Still look on the bright side. When you make your first move of the season, you won't be cup-tied for FA Cup and FA Vase
