not so chris..the preferential status of both the customs and excise and the IR was removed 3/4 years ago...mainly so they could vote in insolvency matters which they previously could not do...

Can I start by saying that I have no wish for Margate or any other club to be wound up (except Man U, that would give me a good laugh).

But you must remember that you're in a CVA and late payments harm your creditors and is a legal and binding agreement. Would you be happy if your employer (or coming from Margate more likely the dole office) sent you your money a week late and when you complained said "What are you whining about, you got it eventually didn't you?"

I'm sure it will all be sorted out soon in your favour and as the previous post says your officials need to understand now why they must make their payments on time.

It was a bit of a cocky post, but is the answer to attack the guy.

I think Leeds Clive does make some worthwhile points occasionally (not in the one above) and it is healthy to get an outsiders view to balance our biased opinions.

I love sensible contributions from other clubs fans, so is not an option to be nice to these guys and encourage them to post.

 

Lets face it-we need all the help and friends we can muster at the moment.
