good news dorking and bookham stay up.

the proposed new dorking club is on ice so perhaps its time for Mole Valley council and DFCL to sort out their differences.

No one wants the threat of eviction hanging over the club.

So to the council, evict DFCL or support them.

To DFCL, if the council go ahead with eviction, dont fight it, just go. If the council change their minds, then come clean about the problems and what needs doing, and accept any help offered.

Think you are right the Council should either get on with it and bring everything out in the open or support the club.

I was told that the new club has not been put on hold and they are not looking to down that route. They will wait and see what the council do as it is a fight between them and not the others.

If it is true that the Council contact Steve Lunn in the first place back in Jan ( as mentioned in the Dorking advertiser a few weeks back ) think it is a bit off that they still have not sorted the situation out. This contact has lead to the Lunn's being sacked and ATM leaving Guildford.

Good old Council.

I heard today that the forth-coming meeting has been or is about to be cancelled.

Only what I heard, mind !
