I see the Aldershot 'Shotsline' has made, on average, nearly £30,000 a year over the last 11 years.

 

Now, while we could never hope to match that given our support is about a ¼ of theirs, surely it is worth doing for the few thousand pounds in revenue it would bring to the club.

I am sure that your kind offer to man the Saintsline will be appreciated by Gibbo, Rob, but I think that you are too late.

 

At the Fans Forum last month, The Chairman said that the local hack who writes the match reports for The Observer has volunteered to do the Saintsline again. The matter is under consideration as I recall from the Forum and will, no doubt, dominate proceedings at a forthcoming Board Meeting.

I'd nominate the Lyrical Spider. He has good media experience, and is popular with those that run the club.
