Oh yes it does if you give it 20 secs to download. I checked on the Leagues for around London (Isthmian, Athenian, Corinthian) for 1948 they only played 26 games but the Midlands and Northerners played full 42 as you would expect.

I wonder why that was?

Just remembered = that was the winter that froze the brass monkey's [****!!****] off - but didn't they have a bad winter oop north?

I remember playing for a Rom & District League side against Chelmsford League in the early sixties at Derry Park. Pitch like concrete and hardly any grass. And we bl**dy lost too in replay after drawing away.
