It's difficult isn't it. You get a good fiesty player who has an on-pitch discipline problem. You insist he ceases to pick up all those Yellow and Red cards and suddenly you take the guts out the lads play and he beomes ineffectual. Perhaps this is Cecil's type of off-pitch problem?

Horace - Well something like that but basically the information on the Website, that had me down as Reserve Team Secretary, was wrong and AWK, for some reason, posted it on here before it could be corrected. Anyway the previous, more experienced, Secretary was chomping at the bit to come back onboard after taking a year off so in a way 'Sugar' has done us a big favour and I may even drop him a line to thank him, he won't be coming on here to post so he can't be vindictively got at.

If thats the case - why dont you have control of the website? could it be that the chairman doesnt want people to know all that kind of nonsense information - but to be able to find things easily and quickly without having to sift through pages and pages of players underwear colour - for instance at the moment we can all quickly and competently find out who the reserve team secretary is!!!!!!

3praise - Speaking of that who is the Reserve Team Secretary at Haringey or does John Bacon still do absolutely everything at the Club, surely it's not fair to let that happen and someone should offer to take the weight off his shoulders as I was always more than happy to do. I know deep down he knows that 'Sugar' is the ruin of the Club but as he doesn't like rocking the boat and, with all due respect, is a yes man, he wouldn't dream of saying so.

well i have heard through the grapevine that all the youth admin work has been taken off his hands! so he can concentrate on all things mens football which is when he is at his best!

Paulb - I haven't been demoted, if that was the case I would have walked away in a huff and taken one of the many other Club Secretary jobs I was offered. We have a new Club Secretary that's all leaving me with far more time to tackle other important matters.
