A nice, compact ground and a lot easy to get some atmosphere going. The covered end also leads straight to the bar for those important trips to top up drinks.

Any chance of getting a small temporary covered stand behind the far side goal?

Good point Warren...I have already ask Darren Wilkinson about this we will ask Beaconsfeild and have a look to try and do something, but we also just may need a work aprty or to to help the small team at Beaconsfield to tidy up the weeds etc etc before the season starts...

 

hope we will have some willing helpers I will find out and give some dates for a little help..to B SYOB

Clearly this kind of decision is reversible! But my comments are hardly an official source - do you believe every word posted on internet forums?

Dan, I am sure we can arrange lifts to games you want to go to at SYCOB next season. I'm with Ted as long as a few of us can offer lifts it will not be a problem for the regulars and who knows we may attract a few more through the turnstiles.

I think all expected us to be at W&E but due to circumstances that were unknown until recently ( i would imagaine) we moved at that point when Matt posted im sure both the Slough and Windsor management also belived we would be there next season.

Looking good for the new season for once. Lets hope this is the start of a good season for the rebels. I think its about time we deserved some decent news.

 

I generally have room in the car, especially on evening games if people don't mind cutting kick off a bit fine.

Went to a few games last season when we were postponed and their pitch was playable. B Sycob were always polite and friendly, I always seemed to get a 'special welcome' from windsor fans that I won't miss.

 

Think we'll be better off there.

 

 

Maybe I am biased, I am still pee'd off with the reception I got when I tried to help with the Floodlights that time. They will 'go' again!

 

 

Lift wise, I should be able to help out most weeks. Cippenham / Britwell area.

Great news looking forward to the new season. Even sell Extra cold Guinness what more could we ask for. Thanks to the Windsor bar staff and officials for making us welcome. Things are looking a bit more positive. Can we hope for promotion as well and continue the great support that we had last season?.
