I believe that he is a defender but not sure whether right back or not. Had a season and a half with with Farnborough in the Conference in the late 90's but that is all I can find. Not even a photo anywhere but I am sure Jeff Trice's perseverence will find something. I have not got the patience after the 7th Google page.

Stuart Harte, right back but versatile. Has slotted in as a winger in an emergency.

Born 12th Dec 1977, Basingstoke

 

Farnborough 97-99 27 Conference appearances, 1 goal

Hampton & Richmond 2002-2004. Ryman Prem 02/03 and Ryman 1 03/04

Met Police 2004-2007 all in Ryman 1

Found a little bit more info on stuart harte. Y T S @ bristol rovers, awarded pro contract. played @ bath city in conference on loan from rovers. F/boro 2 seasons in conf, player of year then sold to aldershot.Player of season 05/06 @ the met.

Rob Haworth recommended him to the club it's believe, nobody knows much and then "just rob" signs up and knows a great deal. Also the way he says "the met" gives the impression he is familiar with the club.....

 

Personally I think it's good to see players taking an interest and posting on the club forums, do you lot agree?

Do we also know that there is a 2 year old photo of him in the 2006/7 non league directory, and that those of you who like the blond highlighted/Lee Protheroe hairstyle look will be approving of Stuart Harte (he's probably had it all shaved now ).

Such a hairstyle obviously qualifies him as a magnificent player

 

Great to have him on board and wish him a great carrer at a great club.
