Pre-season Friendly

Recommended Posts

I know we are no longer in the SSML, but here is a list of our pre season games, 2 of which are against SSML Prem sides. As you can see we are playing a number of matches, in some cases 3 games in a week, and against a number of higher placed sides, all of whom, inc Grays from step 1, will be fielding a full strentgh side!

grin Funny you should ask Rhodesy....The derby is mamouth! Angels are the 'bigger' team. 500 (ish) ave' fan base and in the Ryman Prem. My poor likkle Twells are in the Kent Prem (way way down below) with an ave' fan base of 60 (slightly inflated). We are neighbouring towns (I live in Twells, but my son plays for Angels, youth).

The match is actually for the Courier Cup. Named after our local newspaper. This year it is probably going to be named The George Piper Courier Cup (after a centurian life long supporter of both who died earlier this year). The rivalry is enormous. TWells are the holders of the cup! shocked Last season The Wells beat them in a very unexpected upset applause. The Angels are out for revenge.....

You're probably the only one in the whole Country that isn't then.

Don't want to particularly question anyones taste, but I find that show quite puerile. After watching about 10 minutes of one 'episode' that was more than enough for me thanks.
