Eton Manor v Kentish Town on Saturday 14 July, I've warned the Eton Manor faithful off on their own Forum to bring autograph books and cameras along on the day if they want to.

These are the pre-season games so far listed in today's Non League paper involving SSML Clubs:

Tuesday 17 July

Hertford Town v Enfield (?)

Saturday 21 July

Ruislip Manor v Wingate & Finchley

Welwyn Garden City v Enfield (?)

Tuesday 24 July

Biggleswade United v St Ives

Hertford Town v Bishop's Stortford

Ruislip Manor v Raynors Lane

Welwyn Garden City v Wingate & Finchley

Thursday 26 July

Hertford Town v Enfield Town

Saturday 28 July

Burham v Chalfont St Peter

Tuesday 7 August

Broxbourne Borough v Colney Heath

Stony Stratford Town v Northampton Sp

I doubt that the games involving Enfield will go ahead due to their liquidation, I gather their place in Ryman Division 1 North will be filled by the non relegation of Ilford.

Thanks for putting me right, the Non League paper can be a bit misleading sometimes however there is an interesting article about Enfield's plight in today's edition, it points out that next season will be the first time that Enfield Town will play at a higher level above Enfield.

I see that post has provoked a wild response (none so far) from the Eton Manor faithful. I guess they're too busy looking forward to the big friendly at home to Haringey Borough on the 28th July!

They must have got in on the act shortly after I announced our friendly with them, anyway it will be a useful benchmark result wise to see who is furthest forward come the start of the campaign.
