Go to www.photobucket.com
Then go to the red box top right: join now (follow instructions)
You will then be able to log in (next to join box).

When you log in, a panel with upload will appear:
Click on Browse and go to the picture you wish to upload;
Highlight the pic file you wish to upload and click open;
The file name of the pic will appear in the upload panel;
Click upload;
When image has uploaded, a message (image has uploaded) appears at top;
If you pan down the page a bit, you should see your picture in your album;
Under your picture will be three panels: click on the third one this will automatically copy the link;
Go to your post on the forum and paste the link in;
If you have done this correctly, your picture should appear in your post, you can check this by clicking Preview Post.

Pleased to be of help GEEBEE.
One point though: if you reduce the width of the pics to about 14cm before putting them on photobucket, it will stop everything from going off the right hand edge of the page.
