I noticed the other day from Enfield's programme that they are sponsored by Oakland. I'm assuming it's a different Oaklands and not the college.

Talking of the real Enfield, have they folded? Hearing a few rumours they are no more.

I always thought it was Oakray but the picture suggests otherwise. It would be a shame if the real Enfield went. I hope the quitter-club Enfield are ashamed!

Oakland are the shirt sponsors of the team who play in Ware which is in the next county some 14 miles north of Enfield! As you all know Enfield Town is the number one football club in the London Borough of Enfield.

Would you also say that MK Dons are the real Wimbledon team Laz? I know the Saints relationship with AFC Wimbledon isn’t that great since your chairman claimed the Dons fiddled their attendance when you played there but you surly concede that AFC Wimbledon is the true Wimbledon team?

MK Dons are indeed the club formally known as Wimbledon!

 

If you check the league tables at that time you will see that the club continues at the same position but with the different name. The other lot are just a fans' pub team who are trying to invent a history for themselves.
