he aint that good mate, been around a while, blows hot and cold and probably turned it on trying to impress mick,!!! we've dealt with better than him before, they're not really a good side, more a case of us being very poor for an hour. Keith Martin

started the season at Purfleet and never made it, went to Aveley and never made it, dropped to ETU and nearly never made it until he came up against our charity organisation. We seem to have (without Kervin/Rizzo/Batesy) a left back who can't actually tackle, and central defender who wouldn't win an aerial battle with Ronnie Corbett. I really feel sorry for Joppo who is great alongside Kevin but loses his confidence when he's missing.

 

Sorry Mick but when Rizzo was injured we should have gone like for like and signed a big old lump who could do the basics.

Cheers for that seems to sum up what many have said a player who played his best against a team without its best defender!!!!!!

 

I agree u have hit the nail on the head about joppo's confidence without kevin aside him.
