Good solid professional team performance

Lamps had a good game for a change,Coles spin and finish was top class, Becks two crosses for the goals were worldly,Until Lennon or Wright-Phillips learn to cross the ball I think Mr Beckham could be around for a while yet applause

Four games at Home where we must be looking for at least 10 points

I agree with all of above.

The pundits did make one very true observation after the game last night, (.. which is very odd for them) !

How is Becks going to cope with future games when based and playing in the Good 'Ol U.S. of A ???

Makes yer fink, dunnit ??

Apparently there are certain EUFA rules governing how many days a player must be in in the country where the game is to take place.

It effectively means that Becks will have to be away from Galaxy for nearly ten days at a time !

Hmmmmm ! An expensive absence, what ?

The original subject of this thread was, 'Last Night.

Well, last night, (Thursday 7th), I was at Meadowbank. We had a squad of 20 (TWENTY) girls training.

That aint bad considering some posters on this forum seem to treat youth football as a joke !

Incidently, Big Brian nearly succeeded. A fairly early night was called for after leaving the bar.

Nothing new there, then !

Yes, as from last season, and a full sized pitch, which some of them found very tiring to begin with.
