It's interesting to see in the Messenger they also say they asked Eurostar and they refused to comment, which is basically saying yes. Everyone knew on that night after the consultation meeting, come friday the only new thing will be seeing the kit.

I thought Liam said just this week that we couldn't afford Gary MacDonald and Ross Smith.

He also said that Chelmsford offered Keeling more money than we could match...(he mentioned a 'no-brainer' I thought he meant Jeff King but he could have been talking about Keelings decision to go).

I wouldn't hold out too much hope on Eurostar becoming the non-league Abramovitch.

I swear half those news entries weren't online at the time they say they were. The new logo should have the red lines shifted up so they are parallel to the E and D of Ebbsfleet United.

I agree that the clear implications of L Ds comments are that we will still have a small budget in "Conference" terms to acquire/keep key players.

 

My main concern regarding the undecided group of players that are left is Onome Sodje. In my opinion he could become our most prolific goal scorer this coming season and a far better prospect for goals than Chukki who has re-signed.
