I'd be happy to help in any way I can - it's Jamie up in Liverpool by the way. What you need is a package which can be emailed out as an attachment with rates, background (this should include what kind of attendances we can expect this season along with the age, estimated income etc of the crowd) and any special offers / incentives you can give the companies eg free tickets, ad in programme etc. I'll try and get some examples and send them to you.

Jamie, that's excellent. I've taken the info and will be sticking that into a document. There's sections of it which are a bit too high brow for us, but I will certainly be using 99% of it! Excellent stuff, thanks for your help.
