The soil testing required under the planning conditions, before the main contractor can commence construction of the 5 a-side centre, will begin tomorrow Wednesday 06 June 2007. These test works are due to be completed within one week.

Work to improve the existing drainage of the Hartsdown Pitch has been carried out and contractors will commence re-seeding and top-dressing on Monday 10 June 2007, to ready the pitch for pre-season friendlies.

As soon as the works commence on the 5 a-side centre, work will also begin on the re-fitting of the Social Club. The Club hope these works can be completed by pre-season and that there is no inconvenience to fans using the clubhouse.

Robin Trott has confirmed the signing of Michael Yianni.

At last some news!!

Lets hope there are no more hold-ups & that this is not yet another time waster.Thank you to the club nevertheless for updating us. At least we have SOMETHING!

As for signing Yianni. I for one have been an admirer of the chap. There are not many red players that I have enjoyed watching or enthused about but MICHAEL has impressed me more than most when I have been able to watch them in action. He takes on players,is strong & can score goals. He is a danger to ANY defence i.m.o.

Nothing pleased me more than when he was left out of the starting line-up against us at Hartsdown.I was puzzled by that one on the day but more than happy at his ommision.

Lets forget where he's come from. He's a decent player, a direct player & has proved he can do the business in this league.

Welcome Michael.
