We are interested in gathering the opinions of fans of non-league clubs

on the future of grassroots football in England including league structures, grassroots investment and the womens game.

Don't let Premier League fans determine the future of you team!

I am not knocking your efforts which may be best intentioned

But

There are issues the fans will never be allowed or able to alter

1. We can not replace the walls and traffic free roads where the old time greats learned their skills

2. We will never be able to effect trickle down of the monies the top clubs now claim and generally waste (compare the latest sad gooners display compared to great european sides)

The only real manner in which we can develop football in this country is to locate monies into kids football

. Indoor pitches

. qualified coaching

. soft ball eight a side leagues with coaching for under tens (yrs of age)

. school football with qualified coaching teachers prepared to put in the hours required

. premier sides who pay more than lip service to schools of exellence

But most of all removal of 90% of the blazers who run non-league football

In all recent discussion of the feeder league changes being pushed (or challenged) not one single word in how non-league can be developed and take its full role in all the issues above

Get the cash eased down the leagues and encourage top class management (IE remove blazers) who understand the real need for change

Agreed on the above plus ground grading at this level is too strict, especially for clubs entering ryman 2. As long as safety isn't compromised what's the problem? Do we really need 500 seater stands etc. Mind you, the Conference breakaway will be good for those clubs with league aspirations, and should seperate those from clubs who just want to play at the current level and not take financial risks.Outside of the planned 2 extra divisions, ground grading criteria could be loosened.

And fining clubs-what's all that about??? Surely league & county associations should be doing what they can for their members, especially the grassroots clubs who are the only ones who take their lesser competitions seriously.
