It's great that Mr. T's writing the centenary book although most people who buy the book will already be supporters the Saints. The club needs to get the message across to local businesses and the public of St Albans to gain maximum publicity from the centenary year.

This will be a guilt edged opportunity to create awareness in the club. Run a competition to get local school children to design a logo to help celebrate the occasion. I'm sure they could all do a better job on the 2012 Olympic logo while they're at it!

I'm unlikely to be around to see Enfield Town’s centenary celebrations in 94 years time but I'm looking forward to celebrating York City FC’s 100 years in 2022.

A-Line Tournament on the 15th July

The club can also confirm the participants for the tournament on the 15th of July:

"With players like Zola, Karembeu and Ferdinand coming to the A-Line arena, we felt that we wanted friends of the club to be involved and give non-league clubs and supporters the chance to play with and watch players of this calibre.

With this in mind, we asked Rothwell, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead to participate in the event and they all immediately accepted our invitations."
