out of the big four clubs it is only united who fill their allocation of tickets for all european away games.Arsenal,liverpool and chelsea do not always fill their allocation but in all honesty it doesn't matter.The top four have been playing in europe for years and it is hardly surprising that many people don't go to places like croatia when year after year they are saving up to go to watch games like real madrid,milan etc etc,know which one i would prefer!

Man U and Liverpool fans travel in large numbers to ALL matches...FACT. (Loyal Supporters).

 

Arsenal and Chelsea fans don't, unless it's a final or a so called glamour tie (Glory hunters).

Arsenal have consistently averaged over 35'000 every season,apart from the mid 80's when all crowds dropped.Been to old trafford when there was less than 20'000 in ground,chelsea when there was less than 20'000 and liverpool less than 30'000

Hardly loyal supporters,oh i forgot,they wasn't winning things at the time!

its a fact of life UM that all fans relate to success..glory and silverware...when those three fixes stop... the fans drift....'tis the way of these things and beneath all the tub thumping we all know that...

to sustain support of a football club through bad times is the real test of any man's or woman's character and loyalty to his or her club...thats why crowds are so low at NL games....the glamour just ain't there...unless its a big cup game etc etc...

as always its the real fans..the hardcore... that sustain it all....at any level...

Saw a few Liverpool fans at Prague airport this morning. Wonder if they got lost or went on one massive bender.

 

Croatia is supposed to be quite nice in August.
