3praise - Reading between the lines this doesn't sound very genuine or heartfelt, you must feel agreived that he was allowed to walk out of the gates of heaven Takumi Ake, Tommy Lambourne and Uduma Kalu style. Knee is good but have been neglecting my gym work recently due to being very busy at work and home improvement work as well. Means the next few weeks I need to kick off a pre pre season regime other wise I'm going to really struggle.

 

I suspect I'm not going to be up to first team fitness by season start so ressie footie for me for a bit to prove myself (to others and myself!!)
