The new Kentish Town?

Recommended Posts

I see Tiger is here to make sure that Rhodes personal comments aren't taken as the views of Kentish Town.. probably a good idea!!

Rhodes... should be interesting if anyone from Sporting reads your comments as I'm sure it will make them raise their game should they play you next season!

NeutralFan - Well that is all very much if's and maybe's, I doubt very much that anyone from Sporting London e Benfica reads this Forum or, even if they did, would accidentally happen upon this thread.

Right, Rhodes, glad to see that you've got the "e" right now. Just so that you can get it ALL right, I've helpfully posted a club crest with the Club's proper name. They have been a successful Saturday side for two seasons now, and have an established ground-share with a side whose ground is passed for Level 4 soccer - what's the problem in admitting them to SSMFL Div 1?

Bitch - How did you know that Hoddesdon's History makes War and Peace seem like a Nursery Rhyme, I didn't think you were that into football but I bet there's more to you than meets the eye.

3praise - Thanks for asking and for your interest in the high profile project. Well how long have you got, we will be up on here all night if I were to go into detail however briefly we start the screening process in a couple of weeks and this may even involve a trip over to Nigeria with 'the great one' for me which I'm very much looking forward to and seeing his homeland. I've been told it will be somewhat of a culture shock particularly where his disciples are concerned falling at his feet although I saw that first hand at the Ghana v Nigeria game at Brentford recently so it won't come as a total surprise. I'll keep you informed.

Maybe not enough to poke your eyes out, but more than a mouthfull smile I wouldn't actually be bored to read the history. I'm interested in any Non League Club, so bring it on smile

3praise - Unfortunately our Forum is still suspended due to perverts continually trying to access it otherwise all you need to know about the Club would be on there updated to the micro second, I think these people single out hugely popular sites and Forums to pedal their disgusting material and sadly made a b line for ours, they had clearly done their homework however I'm hoping it will be back up and running next week. Would I be able to log on and start posting on the Haringey Forum do you think and would I be welcomed with open arms bearing in mind I get the impression my name is mud at the Club despite all I painstakingly did for them.

Well perhaps you should speak to Jeff to give him the solution as I gather he is the one who is trying to solve the problem, are you still in contact despite having both severed ties with Potters Bar Town recently. Unlike you though he has found a new Club and is looking forward to an exciting new challenge at a North London based Club who are going places in a big way.

Didn't know he had got involved at Kingsbury London Tigers!

Rhodes, why don't Kentish Town make the forum so that every post has to be accepted by the moderator first. Not ideal I know but it would mean that no perverts would be able to post plus anybody who wished to continue using the site could, albeit in a more limited capacity.

I suspect that now Clement has had a season to aclimatise, the fruits of his talent will surely come to the fore! smirk

NeutralFan - At last you are talking some sense and I agree however it could so easily have happened this season had it not been for, what I call, the Damien Thorn factor with everything transpiring against us from 30 December onwards. You saw with your own two eyes on that legendary afternoon at Lowfield on 23 December that we were by far the best footballing side in Division 1 and arguably the entire SSML and that was solely down to 'the great one' in just five months with the Club. As you say now he has had a full season under his belt and had a year to 'aclimatise' as you put it, even though you make it sound like we play at altitude, we should, on paper, win the championship blind folded next season and with one arm tied behind our backs.
