The e-mailing service is so good now it sent the same e-mail to me 4 times in 3 minutes

Unfortunately the number of users on the Mailing List has increased greatly over the last month and from time to time the server, email server and database server are under too much strain. It therefore fails to complete the send process meaning that some people get the message a couple of times when the process restarts.

 

Hopefully this problem should not happen in future as I have cut the Mailing List down into a number of smaller groups. This should put less strain on our servers. Well we will see when there is some news I suppose!
