This is at my expense and in NO WAY football related.

 

I am injured at the mo and on crutches crazy

 

I can hear you saying 'why what have you done?'

Well I have damaged ligaments and tendons in foot and ankle. It is very swollen and painful.

 

And yes 'How did I do it?' you may ask.

Well..............

 

Now dont laugh............

 

I fell down a rabbit hole while playing with the dogs blush
