So our dear neighbours from the Conference South are on the verge of being liquidated and a new club started. They have consistently failed to pay their suppliers including the HMCE. Because of this they have been removed from the Conference south and moved to the Souther League South West Division. This is a total outrage. We as a club pay all our bills and do not owe anyone any money and are being penalised for this. How can a club be allowed to be entered above clubs that do the decent thing. I am fecking steaming about this.

Sadly that's what the stupid FA say you can do !!!!

 

I say make them pay up, sell their ground to the highest bidder recover the debts and pay off the suppliers.

 

Same with Leeds, Boston ect ect.....

 

Then if some one then buys the club for real money and forms a new team the so be it. Start at the right level and wish them well, not a 2 division relegation restart.

How can a club keep trading when its bust.......then be reborn debt free with the same name but different trading name, its exactly the same in business, Joe Bloggs LTD company goes bust on day then reopens the next, debt free but as Joe bloggs & SON LTD. AND they still expect credit ....like Feck off !!!!

 

Rant over for now but does it pi$$ me off or what!!!1

Unfortunately guys decisions in football are going to have criticsms and views from all affected and even those that have not been affected. You just have to look at the West Ham debacle where it seems any decision is going to be contested. Someone somewhere will feel as though Farnborough have been hard done by.

 

And if they were made to sell their ground, became tennants at another ground and were able to stay in the same division, would that really be punishment?

If they had sold their ground then the players/people/companys owed money would at least be paid, I always believe you should pay your debts....

 

I think it is a shame when a football club goes bust/ect but this in the most,is spending more than they earn or the sugardaddy leaves the club. More clubs need to realise that to survive you can only spend what you've got.

They rent their ground from the local council. If yuo company goes bust it goes bust. Other clubs who are sensible with their money should be given priority over them. Let them start at the lowest point of senior football.

Funnily enough, it's someone's b'day at work today and they've just come back from town with a massive tray of about 30 cakes. El Gaffer declines as currently going healthy and sticking to it! There's a few shocked people here!

If a company goes bust why do they start up the next day with a slight name change and with the same people running it !!!!

Is not hard to be better than Farnborough but you have perfected being worse. Teffers it is dreadful being a Surrey lad with the poorer counties so close. I must admit the worst ground going into was the old Feltham pitch.
