The new ground at Stortford is actually in both Hertfordshire AND Essex. To quote from the BSFC website :-

"Where are we? directions are below, but BSFC is situated in East Hertfordshire on its border with Essex at the end of the runway at Stansted Airport and next to Junction 8 of the M11. Indeed the County border dissects the pitch itself one third into the Airport End."

Bishops Stortford, the town is in Herfordshire though.
