Fifa are investigating the "signing" of tevez.Apparantly West Ham told the premier league that they completed the signing of tevez before the wigan game the other day so he could be cleared to play but if this is the case then FIFA will demand west hams relegation or a points deduction from the start of next season as you cannot sign a player outside of the transfer window.The premier league need to sack some people over this as it should of been sorted out months ago and is a shambles!!!
