Hornchurch Kicked Out Of Ryman Premier !!

Recommended Posts

Seems quite obvious that the council have absolutely no interest in football.

They probably can't see a good reason why Romford and Hornchurch shouldn't share a ground but it seems obvious that they are not aware of Ryman League rules.

Plus the toll of having two teams playing on a pitch every week plus reserve sides.

You wonder if these people were born with any real common sense!!!

That is a very good point it would be very difficult to adjust allthe times. if hornchurch and romford are both playing at 3pm what do you do? have 44 men on the pitch? its pathetic romford should go and find a different club to [****!!****] up and annoy like Brentwood Town for example. Their team might be going due to liquidation from their sponsors Brentwood Sports. Hopefully the groundshare info is bollux and we can stay in ryman premier beat billeriacy and shut that c'mon ricay [****!!****] up. URCHINS URCHINS

Basildon United were supposed to be building a ground there I think but local residents kicked up a fuss. Not sure what the latest goss is on it.

Seems to have gone rather quiet.

Would rather the Romford folk stay where they are rather than moving to Basildon. Would make my job a heck of a lot busier!!

Now what seems to be the issue is that Romford sound as if they would move into the bridge this summer at the expense of hornchurch going into the ryman prem. This is a contradiction in terms for them as their sole reason for wanting the bridge as their home was for ryman grading, and we all know from the ryman league that 3 clubs cannot share bridge avenue so something has to go so surely it would be easier to just keep it the way it is,unless romford fancy trying to shut the athletics club down.
My gut feeling is is that romford are testing the water and trying to make the club sweat, perhaps trying to bribe the club

Nice one UM, and entirely correct, as I said earlier the comments in the "Rag" are out of order.

We have 500 fans and it is them I am with as always, how many fans for Rumford, 100? that's all I saw at the 'side on Monday, the rest were neutrals.

The losers? The Council, I am disgusted!

I think that the club are probably concerned about the lack of an official statement from you also.... grin

as for the RR...I thought it just about summed it all up quite nicely albeit very ambiguous.....could..might..maybe..

also detected much grinding of teeth from the romford spokesman....

no doubt our club will make an official statement when the time is right PM...

anyway whats wrong with the ESL...I liked it last season its easier to win silverware.... grin

He may not be a doggy person. He might be more into hamsters or cats.
