Just for the record, MVDC legal department don't have a very good record on court action.

 

I would refer you to the debacle in Fetcham where gypsies took MVDC to appeal court over a dodgy eviction order at River lane and W-O-N

 

MVDC Travellers 1 - MVDC Legal Dept 0, and many thousands of pounds of tax payers money down the toilet !

just to be clear big jr i have no connection with Guildford football clubs now or in the past. I have never met spoken to or had any dealings with APM apart from some exchange on this forum which youve all seen. i wish him well but I dont like the half silence.

 

I have no connection with the ex management team but I do know who they are and have spoken on supporter/management lines.

As far as I know I dont know and have never met or spoken to ParkBoy but as I dont know who he is I cant be sure.As hes said hes a Leeds fan I cant imagine id have much to do with him anyway (sorry cheap dig Parkboy but I dont forget!)

 

And who was the other one under suspicion was it "onlooker" : same as parkboy

 

now thats a denial.

 

 

If you remember the DFC forums posts you will know exactly who I am. So that crosses me off the list of "mouthpieces" and people who will be revealed, ta!

 

Now in general to current board of DFCL and any one interested in taking over

Shame you take that view as that is the very same attitude that will bring Dorking down.

 

Let's see - Dorking need a lease by June ( League AGM ), court cases take months if not years, so that would mean no lease in time for the AGM, that would mean no Dorking in the Combined Counties.

 

What a great future for the club that you care about so much.

 

I am sure that no off this has anything to do with Dorking and is all about the Council being wrong and out of order.

You did start off with denials of problems albeit very well worded and now its wait and see, the council arent great with evictions.
